What happens if I cancel?
If your membership is canceled, the Price for Life rate ends. Rejoining later is at the standard price in effect at that time.
What if a payment fails?
We'll remind you by text and email. Update your payment method within 7 days to keep your Price for Life rate. After 7 days, standard pricing applies starting with your next billing date.
Am I guaranteed a prescription?
No. A licensed physician reviews your health information and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
